Teresa Noria dba A Heart of Gold, HCS is a Home and Community-based Services (HCS) provider certified agency that delivers support and care to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities so they can live in community settings instead of institutions.

In Texas, this program is managed through Texas Health and Human Services using a Medicaid waiver. It helps individuals live with their families, in their own homes, or in small group homes.

Soy proveedor del programa HCS (Servicios Basados ​​en el Hogar y la Comunidad), una exención de Medicaid que opera en el área de Houston para apoyar a personas con discapacidades intelectuales y del desarrollo.

Mi programa HCS forma parte de la exención de Medicaid administrada por la Comisión de Salud y Servicios Humanos de Texas (HHSC).

Ofrece servicios de apoyo y atención personalizados en la comunidad para personas con discapacidades intelectuales o del desarrollo (IDD).
