Parenting isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. When you notice your child struggling to regulate big emotions, remember they’re often mirroring what they see.

Model calm problem-solving, validate feelings, and teach simple coping tools (deep breaths, “I feel” statements, counting to ten). Small, consistent actions such as routines, clear boundaries, and open conversations, help to build resilience over time.
