What is the role of your agency?

To start, think of us like matchmakers. Our job is to find you the right match at the right clinic. From there, we take a step back do you can work closely with your clinic according to their particular protocols.

While it’s your job to make sure you have what you need, we’re here to help! Keep us updated on any communication you have with the clinic and let us know when you have appointments. We’ll help book your travel and prepay for as much as we can to make it easier for you.

You’ll go through your medical procedures and tests at the clinic, but we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable. We’ll work with you to make sure you have all the information you need. The clinic will handle medications with you directly, so make sure to follow all of their instructions - but if you have a late night question or worry, we’re here.

We manage the escrow account which handles all the travel and reimbursable costs, as well as your compensation, so we’ll submit through them and make sure you get paid in a timely manner.

We never want you to feel alone during this process. We’re here to make sure you feel comfortable and confident as a donor, whether it’s your first cycle or your fifth!
