32 today. 🎉

This past year of growth has been more spiritual than ever for me.
I’m learning to surrender my will to the will of God, trusting Him to guide my actions, my thoughts, and my purpose. The more I let go of trying to control everything, the more peace, joy, and abundance I’ve experienced in every area of life.

My prayer moving forward is simple:
To continue being an instrument He can use to touch the lives of the seniors and families I work with every single day. ❤️

To Him belongs all the glory.

And on this special day, I’m also excited to officially announce that the Stay Steady course is now LIVE for everyone! 🥹🙏

This program was created with a mission bigger than myself:
To help older adults regain confidence, improve balance, reduce fall risk, and stay independent longer.

Thank you to every single person who has supported me, believed in me, shared my videos, encouraged me, and trusted me throughout this journey. We’re just getting started.

Stay Steady is officially open starting today. 🙏
Comment ‘STEADY’ and I’ll send you the details.

Stop relying only on seated exercises to improve your balance 👀

Do they have value? Yes.

But if your goal is to feel more steady and confident walking in real life, they are usually not enough on their own.

Balance is not just about moving your legs while sitting.

You need to train your body to:
✔ support your own body weight
✔ react and adjust to movement
✔ turn safely
✔ control your body in standing
✔ navigate real life environments

Because that is what actually keeps people independent.

I see this all the time. Many seniors are doing exercises consistently, but they are not being progressed or challenged in a way that truly carries over into daily life.

The good news is that balance can absolutely improve with the right approach and training.

That is exactly why I am building Stay Steady 💪

Most seniors do not want to leave their home 🏡

But over time, small changes can slowly start taking away someone’s independence.

Balance becomes less steady.
Strength starts to decline.
Fear of falling creeps in.
Simple daily tasks begin to feel harder.

I see it every day.

Someone who used to move around confidently now hesitates before standing up, walking, or going down stairs.

And the hardest part is that this usually does not happen all at once. It happens gradually over time.

The good news is that the body can still adapt, improve, and get stronger with the right training and consistency 💪

That is exactly why I am building Stay Steady. To help people improve their balance, confidence, mobility, and independence for as long as possible ❤️

The way you speak about yourself matters more than you think.

‘I can’t’
‘I’m too old’
‘I’ll never get better’

Over time, those words turn into actions…
or lack of them.

And that’s where progress stops.

But when you shift the way you speak…

‘I’m improving’
‘I’ll keep trying’
‘I’m getting stronger’

Everything starts to change.

Because your words shape your actions…
and your actions shape your results.

👉 Follow for more on staying strong, steady, and independent.

This is exactly what I focus on inside Stay Steady: building confidence along with strength and balance ✅

3 simple tests that can reveal your risk of falling.

Timed Up & Go
5x Sit to Stand
Single Leg Balance

These aren’t just numbers…

They reflect your strength, balance, and control… the things that keep you independent.

If any of these are difficult, it’s not something to ignore.

The good news?

All of this can be improved with the right training.

That’s exactly why I’m building Stay Steady 👉 a training course designed to help you improve balance, confidence, and independence.

I didn’t have the perfect path.

I came to this country without knowing English.
Raised by a single mother.
Got rejected… more than once.

Even jobs I thought would help me move forward said no.

But I kept going.

Eventually, one opportunity opened up.
I took it seriously.
Graduated.
Passed my boards on the first try.

And somewhere along the way…
I found my purpose.

Today, I get to help seniors stay strong, confident, and independent.

Something I don’t take for granted.

And now I’m building something bigger…

Stay Steady.

Most seniors are NOT weak because of age…
They’re weak because their glutes are undertrained.

And if your glutes are weak → your balance, walking, and confidence all suffer.

I see this every day in home health.

Patients who:
• Struggle to stand up
• Walk slowly with poor control
• Feel unstable on stairs

Then we train THIS the right way:
• Sit to stands
• Step ups
• Step downs
• Bridges
• Lateral work

And everything starts to change.

They move better.
They feel stronger.
They gain confidence again.

This is what most people don’t realize:

It’s not about doing random exercises.
It’s about training the RIGHT muscles, the RIGHT way, with progression.

Age is not the problem.
Undertraining is.

If you or a loved one wants to feel more steady and confident again, this is exactly what I teach step by step.
