Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone—10 years of dedication, leadership, and heart from our Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Operating Officer, Brook Patridge.

Over the past decade, Brook has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of Performance Pain & Sports Medicine. From helping shape our operations to supporting our providers, staff, and patients, her leadership, commitment, and willingness to step in wherever needed have made a lasting impact on our organization.

Brook is known for wearing many hats (and joking that her unofficial title is "Janitorial Services" 😄), but those who know her know she's also one of our biggest supporters and cheerleaders. She is passionate about helping others grow, building strong relationships, and creating a positive environment where both our team and our patients can thrive.

Outside of work, Brook enjoys traveling, spending time at Lake Toledo Bend with her husband Bryan, their two spoiled dogs, Juliette and Beaux, and making memories with family and friends. Whether she's exploring beautiful destinations like St. John and Turks & Caicos or simply relaxing with the people she loves, family is always at the center of everything she does.

Our Physician Assistant Jade Nemeth at Performance Pain and Sports Medicine is a key part of our clinical team, working closely alongside Dr. Wiederholz and Dr. Manzi to ensure every patient receives seamless, high-quality care. She plays an essential role in supporting evaluations, treatment planning, and patient follow-ups—helping bridge communication between providers and patients so nothing falls through the cracks. 👩‍⚕️💙

At Performance Pain and Sports Medicine, Chris helps oversee daily operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the team stays organized and patient flow stays efficient. Supporting him is Dalila, our Operations Manager for both Houston and New Jersey, who helps maintain structure, systems, and consistency across all locations so the team can operate at a high level every day. 💙

Today, we're proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as Heather Hepler, CPC, our Lead Financial Representative, marks 10 years with Performance Pain & Sports Medicine! 💙

For the past decade, Heather has been a driving force behind our billing department, leading with expertise, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring our financial processes and responsibilities run smoothly. After beginning her career in medical billing 15 years ago under the guidance of exceptional mentors, she discovered a passion for the field that has grown into a remarkable career.

One of the things Heather values most about Performance Pain & Sports Medicine is the family we've built together. Even while working remotely from New Jersey, she has always felt the love, encouragement, and support of her teammates—and we feel just as fortunate to have her as part of ours. One of her favorite memories during her time with PPSM was visiting our Houston office for the first time, experiencing Texas firsthand, and meeting many of her teammates in person.

Heather's commitment extends far beyond billing. She believes the success of our patients, staff, and practice is what truly matters, and she comes to work each day with the goal of making life a little easier for everyone around her. That dedication, combined with her professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail, has made a lasting impact on our organization.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling with her husband, Mike, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with a good book. She and Mike are also proud cat parents to Winston and Maple, who keep them smiling every day.
