Reading through these testimonials from Wellness Wednesday reminds us of the strength and power in community!

Creating spaces where women can pause, reflect, connect, and leave with practical tools for everyday life is at the heart of the work I do—and seeing the impact reflected in these testimonials inspires me to continue this work.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared so openly. Your willingness to show up authentically is what makes these evenings so special.

More than an event—a night of women reminding each other of their worth.

The first Wellness Wednesday at Published was fabulous!

Thank you, Angela, Brett, and the team at Published for creating a space where community grows. We untangled our caretaking identities, practiced letting go of control, and moved from a guided mindfulness exercise to writing letters of compassion to our future selves. Choice replaced indecision, proving that finding our purpose can be a collective experience.

A massive thank you to the generous local businesses that contributed to the evening! The raffle prize was epic—and congratulations to our lucky winner!

Cheers to more fabulous nights like this one! Read the full event breakdown and catch the next wave by subscribing to my free newsletter willowofwellness.com/subscribe
