I’ve had some concerning conversations over the past few days with family, friends and associates (a few hater/fans too)

Seasonal depression is making a category 4 landfall with this pandemic panic. Election anxiety is right on its heels and the start of the holiday season with a social distancing update... it’s a lot!

Breathe. It’s perfectly ok to check out before you check in. Turn off the news, log off, power down. Check in with yourself. Then check in with your tribe! Block the rest! 😆

Now I will be taking my own advice.
