Thanks to the generosity of our donors and corporate sponsors, WE DID IT! We've reached our goal of $122,870 to complete Phase 1 of our Masterpiece Exhibition Campaign, and we are beyond grateful for every single dollar and every one who believed and supported this vision for our small but mighty !

Our - exhibition is set to launch in 3 weeks from today on November 6th at The Health Museum, and these funds make that possible. Then Phase 2 will begin to ensure that our exhibition can travel the US for 5 years and continue changing the conversation around . But today, we celebrate with hearts full of gratitude!

Nervous about approaching someone with , please don't be! They are a person just like you under their skin, and they often feel alone because of the way they are treated in public due to simple misunderstandings. Can't wait to see what Danny Nguyen creates for our at Made A Masterpiece!

Excited to be meeting with Danny Nguyen Couture today to discuss our & tell for our Exhibition Premiere Party on November 6th at The Health Museum. Danny is creating bespoke clothing pieces for 10 of our kids and young adults who are part of our who live with various and . They will be taking the runway as our Masterpiece Models on this unforgettable evening.

What makes this event so special is not just Danny's incredible talent as a celebrated who has shown collections in Paris, New York, and Houston, but these specially designed pieces are being made from custom printed fabric with the microscopic image of each model's .

So, when our Masterpiece Models step on stage, they will be more than just . They will be telling their story and helping others see them more clearly as the extraordinary one-of-a-kind works of art they were each made to be.

Thank you to Texas Dermatological Society for a great Fall meeting and for welcoming Made A Masterpiece as an exhibitor! Our Founder and Dr Alanna Bree and our Alekhya Gurram of made the most of the time together. There was lots of learning, mentoring, sharing, planning, and dreaming big dreams for all the good things to come in the months ahead.

Thank you to everyone who made in honor of Patricia "Pat" Bree, the mother-in-law of our founder, Dr Alanna Bree.

Pat was a longtime supporter of our , and she was a champion of our mission. She was someone who believed in giving of herself in the care of others, and this was exemplified in her service on the Auxiliary Board of the Lincoln Memorial Community Hospital.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bree family, and we are grateful for Pat's giving spirit that lives on through those who were touched by her kindness. May she rest in peace.
