Yesterday marked 10 years since I graduated massage school.

It’s crazy to think about how much has changed over the last decade.

I’ve worked in chiropractic offices, massage clinics, spas, wellness settings, and now have the privilege of running my own practice.

Over the years I’ve met thousands of people, worked on every body type imaginable, learned from countless clients, and continued to grow far beyond what I learned in school.

What I love most is that I’m still learning.

The body is endlessly fascinating, and every client teaches me something new.

10 years later, I’m still grateful to be doing work that helps people feel better, move better, and reconnect with their bodies.
