🌿🎨 Nature Color Scavenger Hunt Field Trip 🎨🌿
During our field trip to Sarah Maude Mason Nature Preserve, the children participated in a fun nature color scavenger hunt! Each child was given a color board and searched the preserve for plants, flowers, insects, and other natural treasures that matched the colors on their board. Along the way, we explored the trails, climbed the observation tower overlooking the lake, and spotted boats, lily pads, butterflies, dragonflies, and fish. This hands on activity encouraged the children to slow down, observe their surroundings, and discover the many beautiful colors found in nature. It was a wonderful day filled with exploration, learning, and adventure!
