Gloria Dei Senior Communities Names Eddie A. Perez, RN, MHA as Chief Executive Officer

Gloria Dei Senior Communities has announced that Eddie A. Perez, RN, MHA, has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr.Perez joined Gloria Dei Senior Communities in May 2025 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been highly successful in implementing new and innovative policies throughout all of Gloria Dei’s independent living, personal care, and memory care communities. He assumes the responsibilities of Vince Dattilo, recently retired CEO and newly named President of Gloria Dei Communities. With over 25 years of deep experience in the Healthcare Industry, Mr. Perez is well-positioned to successfully guide Gloria Dei Senior Communities into today’s constantly changing senior living and healthcare environment while continuing Gloria Dei’s renowned reputation for the highest quality senior living experiences.

Gloria Dei Senior Communities Names Erin McCullough, MSN, RN as Chief Policy Officer

Gloria Dei Senior Communities has announced today that Erin J. McCullough, MSN, RN has joined the organization as Chief Policy Officer (CPO). With over 25 years of deep experience in healthcare administration and clinical operations, Ms. McCullough most recently served as Operations Manager at Marathon Health–Delaware Valley Health Trust, leading multidisciplinary teams of physicians, advanced practitioners, and medical support staff to deliver comprehensive care, including primary care, chronic disease management, and wellness services. We're excited to welcome her into the Gloria Dei family!

What an incredible day on the course! ⛳️

This Monday, the Gloria Dei Communities Foundation hosted its 7th annual fundraiser event at Five Ponds Golf Club in Warminster. With 110 golfers and lunch guests joining us, the day was filled with great shots, great company, and plenty of fun. After the round, guests enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch followed by prizes and raffles.

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone who participated, including our wonderful staff and fantastic sponsors! We’re so grateful to all who joined us for this unforgettable event.

Gloria Dei Senior Communities is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of our founding in 1974. A special celebration luncheon was held on Tuesday, October 8th at Huntingdon Valley Country Club commemorating the founders of the organization and recognizing senior leadership, longtime residents and service providers to the organization who have helped Gloria Dei along their important journey in service to our seniors. Gloria Dei Communities is a non-profit organization and we are proud to serve over 1000 residents in our seven 55+ active living and healthcare communities located in Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties. We are looking forward to the next 50 years!

What an exciting day of golf!

The Gloria Dei Communities Foundation held their 3rd golf outing at Five Ponds Golf Club in Warminster this Monday. The scramble started at 9:00 am, with participants competing for the best scores and enjoying contests like nearest to the pin and longest drive. After golf, a delicious buffet lunch was served, and prizes and raffles were given out. The event was a great success, raising significant funds for the foundation and providing lots of fun! Thank you to everyone who took part and joined us on Monday to support the Gloria Dei Communities Foundation!
