And just like that, I’m loving life again. 🤟🏼

Not because it’s perfect. Not because there haven’t been some really rough waters. But because somewhere along the way, I stopped waiting for life to look a certain way before allowing myself to enjoy it.

Some chapters change you. Some break you open. And some teach you that you’re a lot stronger than you ever gave yourself credit for.

These days, I’m choosing the things that make me feel alive. More adventures. More laughter. More time with the people I love. More saying yes to things that scare me a little. And a whole lot more gratitude for the ordinary moments in between.

I don’t know exactly where the tide is taking me next… but for the first time in a long time, I’m really excited to find out.

Grateful for this life. Grateful for this version of me. 🤍

She no longer has to prove.
She no longer has to carry everyone.
She no longer has to earn love.
She no longer has to survive.
She can rest.

I release the woman I became when I was trying to survive with gratitude, compassion, and love.

She got me here and now, I am am stepping into the woman I was always meant to be.
