People!

Getting older is absolutely disrespectful. 😂

Last night I think I legitimately sprained my wrist... taking off a pair of freaking leggings.

Leggings.

A while back I reached around to flush the toilet... and somehow threw my back out.

Meanwhile, teenage me could fall off a bike, bounce off the pavement, and be fine.

Now I make one slightly aggressive movement in the bathroom and my body's like, "Easy there, Olympian." 💀

At this point, I don't need to worry about extreme sports. I need to worry about getting dressed and using the toilet.

Please tell me I'm not the only one. What's the most ridiculous, completely normal thing you've done that somehow ended with an injury? 🤣
