Today was about the Marines.

Some of these young men and women are heading into their senior year of high school. Others are reporting to basic training in San Diego tomorrow, and several more will be leaving later this summer.

After their run, they joined us for some heat, cold, and conversation at Cinder Sauna. They were respectful, motivated, and full of purpose. Spending time with them was a reminder that there are still a lot of great young people out there willing to challenge themselves and serve something bigger than themselves.

We wish them the best as they begin this next chapter of their lives.

May God watch over them, keep them safe, and continue to bless America.

Join us at Cinder Sauna for an evening of heat, cold, laughter, and good conversation. Meet new people, reconnect with friends, and experience the authenticity that comes from doing hard things together.

We’ll have water, electrolytes, and kefir available for anyone who wants to try it.

First-timers are always welcome. Donations are appreciated but never required.

✅ Bring a towel, water bottle, and a swimsuit.
👟 Water shoes are highly recommended.

Cold is the catalyst. Heat is the connection. Community is the reward.

The Sauna Bus will be hot and ready.

No fee. Donations are appreciated. Diesel isn’t getting any cheaper, and there is a real cost to bringing the bus out, but this gathering has never been about money. It’s about community.

Come join us.

Leave the stress, the bad week, the business challenges, and the worries on shore for a couple of hours.

Come support a local athlete as she works hard to raise funds for her sport! 🏅🔥

Tomorrow night at 7 PM we’ll have the sauna hot and the Snake River cold at the boat ramps in Idaho Falls near John Hull’s Bridge at the end of River Parkway.

Come hang out, sweat a little, take the plunge, and support one of our local students chasing big goals.

Donations are appreciated but never required. We simply love seeing our community come together and helping young athletes succeed.

We’ve got three upcoming sauna + river plunge events coming up, and they’re all about rallying around one of our own.

Come get hot, jump in the river, laugh a little, suffer a little, and be part of something good.

Donations are appreciated and will go toward supporting a local athlete, but they are absolutely not required. Just show up, bring your people, and come enjoy the heat, the cold, and the community.
