The Village We Were Meant to Have
There was a time when women learned motherhood by being surrounded by women in all stages of motherhood—elders, mothers, new mothers, mothers-to-be. We learned by listening, witnessing, sharing, and simply being together.
Somewhere along the way, that village was lost.
Our Birth Circles are an intentional attempt to bring it back. 🤍
A sacred, safe, healing space for women in every stage of motherhood to gather, share stories, ask questions, and support one another through meaningful conversation—facilitated by birth doulas, but led by mothers.
Come as you are. There is a place for you in the circle. YOU are the ones with the experience and wisdom to share. 🌙

This months Birth Circle will be held at The Breastfeeding Cafe at Little Falls Library - Thursday, August 27th, 10-12; the topic is “Deep Waters: See Strength”
The August Sturgeon Moon carries themes of endurance, ancient wisdom, abundance, resilience, patience, instinct, and trusting what lies beneath the surface.
“Deep Waters, See Strength” is an invitation to recognize the strength that already exists within each woman.
Pregnancy and motherhood can sometimes feel like deep water: unfamiliar, unpredictable, and occasionally overwhelming. We don’t always know how deep the waters will get or exactly how we’ll navigate them.
But beneath the surface is something powerful:
Instinct.
Wisdom.
Resilience.
Courage.
Strength.
When have you experienced a moment when your intuition told you something before you could explain why?
How has pregnancy changed the way you listen to your body or instincts?
What makes it easier—or harder—to trust yourself?
What advice would you share with others navigating this Motherhood Journey?
We’ll explore these questions and more next week. Join us!
