Reminder: The next support group session for Sisterhood of Strength will be this Sunday September 13th, 2:30PM-4:30 PM. We will be designing wellness bags! You will decorate your bag with colors, gems and words that reflect who you are and what you need right now. Please wear comfortable clothes! Invite a friend!

Remember, this is a safe space to vent, de-stress and heal.

This support group will be $25.00 and can be made via Venmo: Luv Taylor or cashapp:$luvtaylortherapy, FSA/HSA card or if you have a payment on file this can also be used.

💛 A Reminder for Every Woman Who Is Always the Strong One 💛

You don’t have to carry everything just because you’re capable of carrying a lot.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to set boundaries.
You are allowed to say, “I need help.”
You are allowed to choose yourself without guilt.
You are allowed to have days when you simply don’t have it all together.

There is strength in slowing down. There is courage in asking for support. And there is healing in giving yourself the same grace you so freely give to everyone else
