Join us for Nourish & Restore led by Melinda and Sarah. An evening designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through gentle restorative yoga and sound healing.

You’ll be guided into fully supported restorative postures that invite the body to release tension while calming the nervous system. As you rest, soothing sound vibrations will help create space for deep relaxation, grounding, and renewal.

Tini will be offering vibroacoustic therapy sessions — a deeply restorative experience using therapeutic sound vibrations designed to help the body relax, reset, and restore.
