Lunch was a little different today but breakfast was another smoothie.

Thomas keto bagel thin with 1oz buddig turkey, 1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese, cheese slice and then a cup of diced fresh watermelon.

257 calories, 17g protein, 33g carbs, 17g fiber, 13g fat, 12g sugar, 929mg sodium, 264mg potassium

Yes, its a little high in sodium but thats fine on occasion if you are not on a reduced sodium diet. I am not so it'll work out in the end ❤️

Dinner was a chicken burrito bowl. It had 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup black beans 1/2 cooked jasmine rice, 4oz chicken, 1oz avocado, 1/2oz fiesta blend cheese and 1 TBS sour cream.

I ended up only eating about 3/4 of the bowl but nutrients below are for the whole thing.

Calories, 568, 46g protein, 45g carbs, 8g fiber, 19g fat, 2g sugar, 388mg sodium, 684mg potassium.
