I am the founder of Core Alchemy LLC and a consulting practitioner in both functional neurology and integrative health practices, where I work on cases that require a deeper level of investigation and care. No two people heal the same way, and the protocols I develop reflect that. I hold advanced training in hormone health, gut health, functional lab testing, detoxification, peptide integration, and plant-based nutrition as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My background also includes licensure as a Massage and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist, Reiki I and II certification (Usui Holy Fire III), and a 200HR yoga teacher certification. That breadth is not incidental. It is the foundation of how I see the whole person. Beyond the clinic, I am building Core Alchemy as a platform for precision wellness education, digital programs, and practitioner partnerships focused on longevity, peptide therapy, and metabolic health. The difference between people who find success and people who don't isn't always talent. It isn't always effort. And it's not always a fair playing field.
Real barriers exist. Systems are imperfect. Access isn't equal. That's true, and it matters.
And still, one thing shows up consistently among people who find their way forward, whatever that path looks like for them: the willingness to risk failure.
Not reckless risk. Not "just work harder" advice that ignores real circumstances. But the quiet, personal decision to try anyway, even when the outcome isn't guaranteed.
Because here's what I've come to believe: failure isn't the end of the story. It's part of it. Every setback carries a lesson. Every wrong turn teaches you something about the right one. The people who keep moving aren't the ones who never fall down. They're the ones who decided that falling down was still worth more than never trying.
Real growth lives in the hard moments, not the easy ones. What you do when things fall apart matters more than what you do when they don't.
So if you're sitting with a goal, a change, a decision you keep putting off, this isn't about ignoring what's hard. It's about knowing that the risk of trying, and yes, possibly failing, is also the risk of learning something that changes everything.
You don't have to leap blindly. But you do have to leap.

I want to say something I say often in my practice, in my one on one conversations, and in every presentation I give.
There is no shot, no supplement, no sauna session, no recovery modality, no program that will heal you if the foundation isn't there.
The chronic stress. The poor sleep. The drinking. The screen time. The relationship you've been staying in that your nervous system never fully relaxes inside of. These things matter. They are not separate from your health. They are central to it.
The tools we use in precision health are real and the results are real. But they work best when you do too.

What started in western medicine clinical work evolved into functional nutrition and integrative health coaching. That deepened into consulting, working alongside practitioners, clinics, and businesses to bring this approach to more people than I ever could have one-on-one. And now it's all becoming something I've envisioned for years.
A full longevity practice. Health and performance testing. Clinical interpretation and insight. Recovery. A physical space built for the kind of care that's been missing.
This has taken years. More hard work than I can put into a post. More learning, more pivoting, more late nights than I'll ever talk about publicly.
But it's happening.
I'm not ready to reveal specifics yet. Just know: something is coming. And I built it for the people who've been overlooked by the conventional system. And this is just phase one.

What actually matters:
→ Blood sugar stability
→ Insulin sensitivity
