Are We Pushing People Away? ☕

Last Sunday of May, friends! Summer is knocking on the door, June is almost here, and it's shaping up to be a busy month with birthdays, warmer weather, and new opportunities. This week we're talking about a lesson I've been thinking about a lot lately: who are we actually talking to when we discuss health, nutrition, keto, carnivore, and Proper Human Diet lifestyles? Sometimes it feels like we're talking to the choir while forgetting there are people quietly watching from the sidelines—people who are curious but not convinced, interested but not committed, looking for answers but not ready for radical change. We'll talk about why our stories matter more than our arguments, why compassion matters more than dogma, and why building trust is one of the most important things this community can do moving forward. Plus, I'll share a less-than-pleasant story about something I ate this week that had me questioning every decision I've ever made. Grab your coffee and let's spend our Sunday morning together.
