Lately we've been discussing our rhythms, the patterns we knowingly and unknowingly create and live in. Weve observed how our patterns of mind, thought, and actions support us, and how they may also harm us. Acknowledging your rhythms gives you the power to adjust, to release, or to hold onto whats going right, and to honor and send what no longer aligns. ✨️
