The more a cleaning company understands about your facility, the more accurately they can build a scope of work and price your service.

Consider including:

• Cleanable square footage
• Building and access hours
• Flooring types
• Restroom and high-traffic areas
• Desired cleaning frequencies
• Consumable supply responsibilities
• Monthly, quarterly and annual services
• Specialty needs such as floor care, carpet cleaning or windows
• Security or access requirements

And whenever possible, include a facility walkthrough in your RFP process. There are things about your building that square footage and a spreadsheet simply can't show.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WEEK SPOTLIGHT

We’re celebrating two Team Leads who prove that great leadership can take many forms. Meet Tia and Angie!

Tia started as a frontline cleaner and quickly showed she had what it takes to lead. When a Team Lead position opened, she was the first choice to step into the role. With years of experience, a strong work ethic and a calm, steady approach, Tia is someone her team can depend on, even on the most challenging days.

Angie may be newer to Office Pride, but she has jumped into her Team Lead role with both feet! She’s eager to learn, welcomes feedback and brings 150% effort and a smile to a challenging assignment. Now she’s taking on an additional weekend Team Lead role, and we can’t wait to see her continue to grow.

Tia and Angie, thank you for stepping up, leading by example and showing us what dependable, positive leadership looks like. We’re grateful to have you on the team!
