On International Women’s Day, we want to recognize our COO, Pilar Dobbs.

Pilar brings more than 27 years of experience in NEMT, including over 15 years dedicated to PACE transportation operations. Over the course of her career, she helped build and scale one of the largest NEMT companies in the country, supporting complex healthcare transportation programs and helping set operational standards across the industry.

Her experience spans operations that have supported more than 20 PACE centers across the country and transportation programs across 10 states, serving thousands of participants every day. That level of scale requires deep operational discipline, strong partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to participant safety and experience.

Pilar’s leadership, knowledge of the industry, and dedication to the communities we serve are a big part of what drives our mission forward.
