Take me back to that one time I got to practice inside a yurt in the woods. The sounds of nature as I worked felt so nourishing and peaceful. 🌬
This trip was also the perfect start to my SET journey, where I learned about the trainings. And now, less than a year later I am able to call myself a Structural Energetic Therapist. Everything truly does happen for a reason. ✨

There was definitely lots of pros to living on this mountain during quarantine, but I am so thankful to be back to work! I am loving my new job so much. I could not have ended up at a better place! So much excitement and gratitude about starting my career as a licensed massage therapist! 🙏🏼

Sometimes all I need in life are moments like this. Moments where I can press pause, in order to ground and refresh my soul. There is something so magical about finding a beautiful spot in nature, then tuning in to my breath and moving my body freely. It doesn’t have to look or feel a certain way, that’s the whole reason it’s called a practice. There are no real destinations, and you will never stop learning and growing. Instead, it’s about tuning in and appreciating where you have been, where you are at, and where you are going. ❤️
So today all I ask of you, is that you take some time for yourself and do what makes you feel at peace. Do something that empowers you and assists you in resetting yourself. Do something that awakens your soul and makes you smile a little bigger. Because I promise you deserve it! Sending you all my love, light and healing vibes, always.

In honor of my very first day of work at Yuan Spa in Bellevue, I thought I’d post a throwback from my massage school days! This day of class we were learning about hydrotherapy, and we got to play around with cold and hot applications. In this photo I am practicing using lava shells for heat during a deep tissue massage. Lava shells are a great variation to hot stone massage, and I had a blast learning how to work with them.

I have found my center out in nature these past few months while being at home. I am missing my massage work tremendously, but the good news is that I will be grounded and ready when things start back up. I’ve been taking this unique time to replenish and love myself like never before. I may not have any current deadlines to meet, but I refuse to let 2020 keep me from my goals. Instead I have been taking this time to work on myself, to create space for my abundance to flourish. Today I heal myself, so that I am ready to heal others tomorrow.
