This unique experience blends the gentle healing energy of Reiki with the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound meditation to help calm the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you to yourself.
During this immersive session, you will be guided through breathwork, meditation, and sound healing while receiving Reiki energy within a supportive group setting.
