We're back from our short hiatus tomorrow, but we're not done with upheaval.

RevFit workout at La Croix Church will be in the Reign Forest 205/207 tomorrow at 9!

We'll be doing a body weight circuit. Hand weight optional.

Looking forward to our pop-up workout at Empower Life Community Services Inc, Wednesday, 7/8, from 6am-7am.

The workout is dance and drumsticks. The devotional is God invites us to come to Him with our whole selves - strengths AND weaknesses.

Classes are FREE. Donations are gratefully accepted.

Friendly Reminder,

No Revelation Wellness workouts on the Cape Campus of La Croix Church this week because Eagle Lake Camps will be using the facility and the parking lots.

Let's pray for the counselors caring for our kids, all the kids who are attending, for safety, for fun, and for God to move in mighty ways to introduce Himself to the kids.

May they recognize Him as He truly is and receive His great love for them!

**CHANGE TO SCHEDULE**

Eagle Lake Camp will be using La Croix's building this week and I will be attending a training. So, we will NOT be having our regularly scheduled workouts on July 7, 9, or 14.

I have a beautiful, FREE "GET TO" 7-day challenge that I would love for you to be a part of during our break time, as well as join us for a walk-n-talk during this week, date TBA.

Planning a dancy, drumsticky workout for our time together tomorrow morning at 9am in La Croix Church Auditorium.

We'll be talking about God working in HIS strength through us in our weakness -- dependence gives God all the glory because we know anything good that happened could only be HIM. FREEDOM!

I'll bring the drumsticks, you bring water and wonder what your good body can do!

An opportunity for movement in community.

The Summer Series of faith-based Revelation Wellness workouts will begin at La Croix NEXT TUESDAY, June 23, at 9 am in the Auditorium.

Classes include a variety of movement types:

🔹bodyweight circuit
🔹cardio drumming
🔹dance cardio
🔹kickboxing
🔹strength training
🔹stretching

The movement is varied, so you can discover what you enjoy and what challenges you.

You choose the intensity level and range of motion available to you each class time so that the movement is adaptable to EVERY body and ability.

Class begins with community connection and a short devotion with scripture, and ends with a time of cool-down, breathing, and guided meditation on the scripture we began with.

Class is free; donations are accepted.

What a sweet time of movement and community we had last night at Summer Body Reconnect with these dynamic women.

Alisa Keeton shared a beautiful message of how God sees us verses how man sees us and helped us hold the tension of both as we moved together and breathed together. We were able to pray over one another at the end. It was filling and uplifting!

I hope you will be able to join us for the next gentle movement event that Grace McCurdy Parry and will host. Stay tuned!
