You don’t have to heal in silence.
With the Clancy trial front and center right now, I wanted to take a moment to remind our community what to watch for and how to seek help.
Postpartum is hard on a person’s body and mind. They are healing from the inside out, and while that healing is happening, hormones are shifting too, sometimes swinging in dramatic highs and lows. It is a lot to carry all at once, and no one should have to carry it quietly.
My journey into doula work began with the intention to walk alongside families during postpartum, because this is exactly when the extra support is needed most.
You are not alone. You do not have to manage postpartum in fear.
