If you look closely you’ll be able to find the reason why all these amazing people are sitting together. Sound. Healing sounds that change the rhythm, slow the mind, rest the anxious jitters, and bring people outside and together. Being able to reach so many vibrant souls for a community sound bath is an absolute dream. I am beyond grateful to be a part of the reason why all of you showed up for yourself. This is why I do what I do. The rain may have ended our night a bit early, however, it was utterly beautiful. The sky talking, the ocean singing and people gathering.
Thank you to all the people who tried something new, who showed up for themselves, and chose an evening of quiet among the elements. You are the reason I do what I do. I love you and I’ll see you next Wednesday🦋✨

This is called co-regulation, and it’s one of the most powerful gifts you can give your child. Your regulated nervous system becomes the foundation that helps theirs develop.

This gentle gathering is a space for moms and babies to slow down together through sound, rest, and mindful connection. As your body settles, your baby often settles too. It’s an opportunity to nurture yourself while strengthening the invisible bond that supports your little one’s emotional and nervous system development.
