Today's goal - let go of judgment. Why do you think we can see the beauty in landscapes, nature, and others but we can be so judgemental and critical of ourselves? We need to let go of the judgment and love ourselves because we are enough, we are smart, we are loved, we are beautiful/handsome, we are strong, and we are capable!

I have joined a wonderful Mental Health practice on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL - Introspect Mental Health. I am seeing new patients and have immediate openings.
