Being hot is one of the more common reasons I hear as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist that people skip compression garments for lymphedema. But unfortunately, when it’s hot out is often when you need compression the most.
Luckily, there have been advancements in compression garments to keep you cool, including multi-layer construction with moisture-wicking materials, heat-dissipating minerals woven into the fabric, and wave-knit weave designs.
