This is crucial to so many families including mine. Please do what you can to keep the Olmsted decision in place. Without it, I can’t do the work I do. Without it, our kids will end up institutionalized against their will. This is not an exaggeration.

As a Step Up For Students provider, I am appalled at their lack of customer service and IT assistance. I have been locked out of our business account for over 20 days with no remedy. I have contacted them five times in the past 20 days with NO remedy. Of course we are still treating our Step Up clients, but will not be able to if this continues another week.

I would hate to have to end relationships with our Step Up For Students clients, but at this point, I may have no choice. At this rate, Florida has some work to do on their "school choice" assistance.

I will be contacting the Florida Dept. of Education next.
