This morning, we had the opportunity to bring our providers together at Dolphin Pointe Health Care for a meaningful Provider Meeting focused on what matters most — our patients and their outcomes. 💙

We discussed our shared goals for achieving positive outcomes, reducing rehospitalizations, and providing exceptional, coordinated care throughout each patient’s recovery journey.

One of the highlights of the morning was giving our providers the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn more about one another, strengthening the communication between the many specialties involved in caring for our patients.

We also highlighted the many specialized programs and services available at Dolphin Pointe and how we can work together to ensure our patients have access to the resources they need to achieve the best possible recovery.

We are incredibly thankful for the physicians and providers who partner with us and share our commitment to excellent patient care.
