Here is your reminder that an eye exam is much more than just an evaluation for glasses or contacts. A complete medical eye exam should be done once a year.

I was really excited when I heard the topic was going to be conjunctivochalasis (CCH), something I think more of us need to be talking about.

👉 For those not familiar, CCH is when the thin membrane over the white of the eye gets loose or wrinkled. It’s a common cause of tearing, irritation, and that “something in my eye” feeling that often gets missed or mistaken for dry eye.
