Here's the full how-to:

✅ STEP 1 — CLEANSE FIRST

I was 24 years old when I found out I carry the BRCA2 genetic mutation.

Most women my age weren't thinking about cancer. I was learning to live with it hanging over my head.

BRCA2 means a 45 to 69% lifetime risk of breast cancer. It means mammograms and MRIs every six months starting in your twenties. It means decisions you never imagined having to face.

And then came infertility. Years of hoping, multiple surgeries and treatments, heartbreak, and eventually... a miracle. My first baby at 33. And today, I am the incredibly proud and grateful mom of four amazing children.

At 36, I chose to have a preventive bilateral mastectomy.

At 39, a complete hysterectomy.

Not because I wanted to.

Because I wanted to be here.

To cheer from the sidelines.
To celebrate every graduation.
To someday hold my grandchildren.

Every scar tells the story of choosing more time with the people I love most.
