This interview on Radically YOU with Nicole Constantino is much more than a conversation—it's my testimony.

Fifty-one years ago, one woman, Laurie Currie Proia, stepped into my life, and everything changed. Through her kindness, faith, and willingness to share God's love, she helped point me in a new direction. Looking back, I can see how that moment became the beginning of a journey that transformed my life.

In this interview, I share my story—the struggles, the lessons, the heartaches, the victories, and the incredible faithfulness of God through it all.

I am deeply humbled to tell my story and eternally grateful to Laurie for the role she played in helping me discover a new path all those years ago.

Make a wish--when I was a young girl one my favorite things to do was to blow the dandelions that had gone to seed and make a wish. As I look at all the dandelions all through yards and roadside, I think of wishes that I've made on my journey. My wish for us is that we learn how to let go of the bad and hold on to the good...☺️ You are loved! 🙏

My name is Antonina Bell (Nina). I am the Founder of A.B. Better Alternatives - ABBA which was officially launched in 1999. My title is “Connector.” A Connector by definition from the social aspect is “one who helps others by connecting them together.”

Through the years, many doors have opened to me allowing me experience on a national and international level in the business and ministry arenas. From speaking to thousands of young people, to planning unforgettable events and workshops, and reaching out to women across this country, I am amazed at the opportunities I have had as just an ordinary woman in the hands of an extraordinary God! I am grateful!

For close to 50 years, I have stayed the course of well-being. Now well into my 70’s, I feel great! I have lots of energy and I am constantly discovering more and more to help keep me in health. I have had amazing results by keeping an open mind.
