Hi, I’m Amie. 👋 I’ve been teaching yoga in Janesville for 5 years now (+5 years internationally before that)! I also have been doing private yoga for just about as long. I appreciate the practice of yoga because it helps me stay flexible and strong as well as helps me stay centered and grounded, especially when life feels chaotic as it often starts to in the summer months. This summer I want to invite you to take an hour out of your week to breathe, stretch and relax with me in my Gentle Yoga series!

This Gentle Yoga Series starts Tuesday, June 2nd and goes once a week for 12 weeks. Class is every Tuesday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. We start class with some light breath work, go into gentle stretches and easy yoga poses and end with a long, intentional rest while lying down. Any props or equipment we use during class is provided. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

This series is for anyone looking to take a break from their busy schedule during the week. Anyone looking to practice a little more self awareness. And anyone that might benefit from stretching their body a little more.

The location is in The Yoga Room at Paull Chiropractic at 100 W. Racine street in Janesville.

The cost for all 12 weeks is $210 and that also includes my two Saturday morning yoga classes in The Yoga Room. If you cannot commit to 12 weeks, you’re welcome to drop in anytime for $20. If you are interest in private yoga sessions please reach out to me in a private message or email.
