Last call! Sound bath with me tonight. Bring your mat, a pillow and/or blanket to support the body & let the gentle tones & vibrations of the crystal singing bowls take you to a space of deep relaxation.
This event is by donation - donations will be shared with the Rock Creek Library to help fund additional programs.

Sound Bath with Leah Hartman

Tuesday, September 1st at 5pm at the Annex

Sink into deep relaxation during this extended sound immersion using crystal and/or metal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, drums, rainsticks, and other sound therapy instruments. Allow the vibrations to support nervous system balance, release tension, and restore a sense of calm and grounding.

Sound immersion is a gentle, supportive practice intended to promote relaxation and self-awareness. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, adjust positions, step out, or leave the room at any time. Those who are pregnant, have sound sensitivities, or medical conditions affected by vibration are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

I decided to give myself a little reset and spend much of next week in meditation with my friends at the Self Realization Fellowship (founded by Paramahansa Yogananda). Your practice is important to me, so I took steps to make sure that you have an opportunity to practice. You'll get to practice live with Morgan and Amy in the mornings, try live streaming classes from the retreat area and direct links to recorded classes in unfilled spots.

This week offers a blend of movement, stillness, and support as we move toward our August 15 meditation & dharma talk event. Tomorrow starts a new opportunity to practice - featured classes are by donation for the summer. Featured classes (bold & italics) are offered by donation. Suggested donation is $10-18, no one turned away for inability to pay.

Classes in Jefferson and Austinburg for convenience to Roaming Shores & eastern county and Austinburg to serve Harpersfield and the western county.
A quick note as you plan. I'm available for private sessions Tuesdays 11:30-2, Wednesdays 11-4, and select Saturdays noon-6pm. Other days & times may be available, just reach out to see where our schedules mesh.
