From the operating room to the bleachers of the baseball field...sometimes with no time to even change out of my scrubs😷 It’s not always balanced and it’s not always pretty—but I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️⚾

I never thought I would say this, but I am offering BBL's!

Gluteal Contouring is one of my favorites!

It's amazing how liposuction in the right places can actually make your glutes look bigger even though no fat has been added!

Watch as I sketch out how it's done and at the end there is an actual before and after of a lipo 360 patient with gluteal contouring!

Eggs give you high-quality protein, healthy fats, choline for brain health, and amino acids that help support collagen production.

They’re also great for maintaining muscle while losing weight, which becomes even more important as hormones shift.

Kiwi is loaded with vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber. That vitamin C is a big deal because your body actually needs it to make collagen.

So when you eat kiwi with a protein source like eggs, you’re giving your body both the building blocks and the support system for healthier skin, hair, joints, and connective tissue.

Together, they help with:
• skin elasticity and glow
• staying fuller longer
• blood sugar balance
• muscle support during weight loss
• gut health and digestion
• healthy aging overall

For women losing weight in perimenopause, this matters because weight loss can sometimes make collagen loss and skin laxity more noticeable. A simple breakfast with protein + vitamin C is one of the easiest ways to support your body from the inside out.

At 48 years old, I can't just wing it with my face anymore😩
Especially considering the fact that I am actively losing weight (43 pounds done in 5 months!)
I have to support the collagen in my skin with my diet, skin care and collagen inducing treatments
Tonight I used my at home red light mask. I've had this mask for about 4 yaers now. Just 10 minutes once or twice per week helps my skin alot!
Consistency is key!

I have lost 43 pounds and counting since January....
At my age, losing that much weight can lead to more skin laxity than before.
I support my collagen and elastin in my skin with a healthy diet and collagen supplements of course, but another important conponent for my strategy is treatments to induce collagen so that my face can be supported while I am losing the weight.
Radiofrequency is a great treatment to help my skin tighten as I go instead of waiting until I'm down to my goal weight and trying to fix it then.
I'm doing my best to keep things tight as I go...

Your skin didn’t suddenly “go bad.”
Estrogen quietly stepped back… and collagen felt it first.

Thinner skin. More dryness. Slower bounce-back.
That “why isn’t this working anymore?” feeling?
You’re not imagining it—it’s biology.

Aging isn’t the end of good skin.
It’s a new phase that needs a new strategy.

Comment "PRESERVE" if you’re in your 40s, 50s and beyond and ready for a skin care strategy that actually works
