🤣 Apparently, my silly faces have a purpose! 🤣
One of my favorite things about life is being able to laugh, be ridiculous, and NOT take myself too seriously. Because honestly…life is just so much more fun when there’s laughter involved! 🥹🫶🤗
During our weekend retreat, I was elected—apparently because of my very original and authentic silly faces 😂—to create some fun social media content with the team!
And let me tell you… I was HONORED! 🥹🫶
Not offended that they wanted to use my silliness…quite the opposite! I was genuinely touched that they saw something authentic in me and wanted to bring that personality into the content.
I mean, if my goofy faces can make someone smile, create connection, and make wellness a little more FUN…then SIGN ME UP! 🤣🙌
I’m so grateful to be surrounded by a team and company that encourages people to show up as themselves, laugh loudly, be creative, and enjoy the journey.

✈️ Setting myself up for a win before I even board! ✈️
Heading home means travel, airports, schedules, delays… and lots of stimulation for the nervous system. So I’m being intentional about how I prepare. 💛
Before I fly, I’m putting on my Super Patches and giving my nervous system some extra support to help me feel calm, grounded, focused and ready for the journey.
Because wellness isn’t just about what we do when we’re stressed—it’s about setting ourselves up for success before the stress even arrives. 🙌

There is something pretty magical about building a business with people you genuinely enjoy being around. ✨
One of my favorite parts of my side biz is the FUN—laughing with teammates, getting creative, dreaming big, traveling, connecting with people from all over, and having the freedom to work my business from wherever I happen to be. 🌎💕
As a relational person, the connections are everything to me. I love that this business can be about so much more than income. It can be about friendship, personal growth, experiences, purpose, and creating a life that actually feels GOOD.
And honestly…at this stage of life, I’ve decided:
If I’m not having fun, I’m not interested. 😊🙌
Life is too short to wait for someday to enjoy it.

There’s something pretty special about earning a retreat with a company filled with like-minded, compassionate, heart-centered leaders! 💕✨
This was the kickoff to our earned retreat—starting in beautiful Eagle, Idaho, and then heading into the mountains of Cascade! 🏔️🌲
And after dinner… it was time to PLAY! 😂🎉
One of the most important parts of my wellness routine isn’t just what I eat, what I put on my body, or how I support my nervous system.
It’s making sure I HAVE FUN. LAUGH. MOVE. CONNECT. ❤️
Because when I take time for myself, something shifts.
I notice I show up as a better leader, wife, mother, practitioner—and simply a better version of ME. 🙌
Wellness isn’t about being serious all the time. 😉
Sometimes wellness looks like mountain air, great people, belly laughs, a little friendly competition… and making memories! 🥰
Take the time. Make the memories. Laugh a little louder. Move your body. And don’t forget to ENJOY your life! 💃🏼🎉
