It was Father's Day yesterday and the only thing My Future Husband asked me for was Deviled Eggs. And ... because I got this cute little carry case for our upcoming Family Vacation, I thought it was the perfect time to rest it out. 😎
My Deviled Eggs Recipe ~
🔅 Eggs 🥚 (of course 😏)
👉 Hard Boiled on medium to high for 12-13 minutes in salt water
👉 Placed in an ice bath and then peeled immediately for best results.
👉 I cut my eggs in half with a very clean, sharp knife. Then I easily popped the yokes out and into a bowl.
👉 In a food processor I blended my egg yolks until very crumbly. Then I added the following ingredients:
🔅 Dukes Mayo
🔅 Yellow Mustard
🔅 Dijon Mustard
🔅 Pickle Juice
🔅 Garlic Powder
🔅 Onion Powder
🔅 Garlic Salt
🔅 Ground Sage
🔅 Worcestershire Sauce (not pictured)
👉 I blended until creamy. And I measured with my heart. ❤ I like mine with a bit of a zest so I added a bit more Pickle Juice.
👉 I filled a piping bag with the egg mixture and used that to fill my eggs. That way my hands didn't get all messy and they look prettier. 😍
👉 Then I sprinkled with Paprika on top.
Let me tell you what!! I'm not a huge fan of Deviled Eggs (don't come for me!!), however these were out of this world! 🙌
And though the little freezer packs kind of compress my pretty Eggs, I think it works quite well. It takes up way less space in the fridge and it's very convenient for transport.
I can't wait to use this travel container for the beach ⛱️ next month!
