Through Bon Début Massage, I sponsor Holding Arkansas, an ongoing photography project documenting the people, places, and events that make Northwest Arkansas interesting.

This weekend took me to Rentopia Renaissance Faire, where I met some wonderfully creative people. Part of the fun is sharing photographs with local performers, artists, and small businesses that they can use to promote their own work.

It's a creative outlet, an opportunity to build relationships, and one small way my business gives back to the community.

You can explore the full photo story and more of my adventures around Northwest Arkansas at bondebut.art under Holding Arkansas.

And while photography takes me out into the community, clinical massage therapy is what keeps me connected to it every day.

Bon Début Massage is welcoming new clients. No referral needed!

Ready for class today…

A few photos from yesterday’s Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery Open House. Bon Début has been located inside SCS for almost five years. I’m grateful for the relationships that have grown here and for the opportunity to work alongside such a great crew.

I’m focused on continuing to become a better massage therapist and developing my training program. I’d love to play a small part in making Northwest Arkansas an even stronger community for massage therapists, aestheticians, physical therapists, and other professionals who care about doing great work.

I’m always accepting new clients, whether through referral or simply finding me on your own.

Sometimes the next step is understanding what’s keeping the body from moving forward.

I work with people navigating post-operative recovery, persistent pain, lymphatic concerns, scar and fascial restrictions, and other situations where a more individualized approach may be helpful.

My work combines rehabilitative and osteopathic principles to help make sense of what the body is doing - and determine what may help it progress.

Recovery is a process. Understanding it matters.
