This is one of the best explanations of Capricorn I’ve ever seen…

Capricorn has a reputation for discipline, restraint, and control, but underneath that is something more primal. The symbol is the goat, and goats are strange creatures. They climb impossible cliffs, survive in hostile terrain, and eat almost anything put in front of them. A goat looks at the world with the assumption that something useful can be extracted from it. Rotting weeds, thorn bushes, scraps hanging from a fence. It consumes first and sorts it out later. The confidence is not in the purity of the material. The confidence is in its own digestive power.

There is something deeply Capricornian in that instinct. Capricorn does not require ideal conditions in order to build. Some signs need inspiration, emotional safety, harmony, or vision before they can move. Capricorn will take the broken situation, the humiliating job, the failed relationship, the years spent in survival mode, and begin processing it immediately. Every experience becomes raw material. This is why Capricorn placements often develop an unusual tolerance for difficult realities. They unconsciously assume they can metabolize almost anything. Pain becomes competence. It takes the coarse matter of life and subjects it to pressure until value emerges. The goat survives because it trusts its ability to process what others reject. Capricorn often lives the same way. The world hands them experiences other people would consider unbearable or meaningless, and somehow, years later, those experiences have become wisdom, authority, resilience, dark humor, or an empire built stone by stone.
