I wanted to write a quick update regarding my cancellation policy moving forward. To help protect appointment times and better manage my schedule, a card will now be required to keep on file when booking appointments.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
If you need to contact me directly to schedule an appointment, I will send you a booking link so the proper information and card details can be securely added before your appointment is confirmed.
I truly understand that unexpected things can come up, and I’ll always do my best to handle situations with understanding when possible. This policy simply helps me keep appointments available for clients who are waiting to get in and supports the time I set aside for each session.
