Strong bodies start with strong foundations✨

Last Thursday, we added dumbbells to challenge stability, control, and strength!

This weekend’s homework was all about body awareness and finding our centerline. The stronger that mind-body connection becomes, the stronger your movement becomes.

I love watching this group grow stronger week after week! 🤍
