Debra discovered yoga, quite by accident, and has never looked back. Since completing her first training, she has continued her education with advanced trainings, workshops and conferences. She has a beautiful way of keeping i

t real & fun and believes focusing on breath and listening to your body is the best way to prevent injury. Debra blends the physical with the spiritual – advising her students that “yoga will change your life whether you want it to or not!”

Debra is an ERYT 500 Yoga Teacher and lives in Jupiter Farms, Florida with her husband Chris & dog Jax.
