Ashley will be WALK-IN ONLY and first come, first serve, so come on in and claim your spot! Her henna art was such a hit during our vendor events, and everyone absolutely loved having her here for her first official day last Saturday. We are so excited to welcome her back! 🥰

✨ Happy Thursday, beautiful souls! ✨

We’re feeling extra reflective today because sometimes the universe doesn’t whisper… it gets your attention. 👀✨

Have you ever noticed the same numbers, words, songs, animals, feathers, or unexpected little coincidences showing up over and over? These moments are often called synchronicities—and we believe they can be beautiful invitations to pause, become present, and ask, “What is this trying to show me?”

This morning, we kept seeing 222, 999, and 888:

222 — Get back into alignment.
999 — Release what has completed its purpose.
888 — Open yourself to receiving.

Put together, the message we’re feeling is:

“I trust the timing. I release what is complete. I am open to receiving what is meant for me. And so it is.” ✨

With everything that’s been happening energetically —from the Lion’s Gate Portal and New Moon in Leo to the eclipse energy—we feel this is an especially powerful time to become more intentional about the signs around you.

But here’s something we’re passionate about sharing with our community:

You can’t always think your way into alignment. You have to help your body feel safe enough to receive it, too. 💜

That’s where things like Breathwork, energy work, tarot, meditation, crystals, and other spiritual practices can become powerful tools. Learning to regulate your nervous system can help you slow down, become more present, process emotions, and create space between what you feel and how you respond.

And that’s what we want Cats & Crystals KC to be—a place where you can learn, explore, reconnect, and discover the tools that help you understand your own energy and your own signs. We’re back in the store today, and Justice will be here until 4:30 PM offering relaxing Breathwork sessions. We also now offer Zoom video sessions for those who don’t live nearby or can’t make it into the store.

Today is our day to slow down, recharge, and practice the self-care that we so often encourage others to make time for. We’ll be back tomorrow, and we already can’t wait to see you all!

They go around Kansas City highlighting small businesses and sharing the stories behind them, and we are incredibly grateful they chose to share ours.

Getting the opportunity to talk about why Cats & Crystals KC exists, how much this community means to us, and our hope to create a space where people feel welcomed, connected, and supported was truly special. We pulled the two teasers and the full segment together so you can watch them all in one place.
