✨ A few spots left for September’s Vision Workshop!

I intentionally keep these workshops small because I don’t want this to be another webinar where you simply sit, listen, and leave.

I want there to be space to reflect, ask questions, receive coaching, and get clear on what’s next for you.

Vision Workshop: 3 Keys to Clarity, Confidence & Results
📅 Thursday, September 3
⏰ 11:30 AM–1:00 PM CT | 9:30-11am PST

If you’ve been feeling pulled toward something more, but you’re not quite sure what that “more” looks like yet, this is a beautiful place to start.

We’ll explore:
✨ What you really want in this next season
✨ What may be keeping you stuck or second-guessing yourself
✨ How to move forward with greater clarity and confidence

There are only a few spots remaining.

Come with an open mind. Leave with a clearer vision for what’s next.

👉 Reserve your spot through the link in my bio.

Maybe you’ve been holding it together for everyone else while quietly wondering, “What about me?”

You sense there’s more waiting for you, more purpose, freedom, joy or possibility, but you feel stuck, uncertain or unsure how to begin. You may know something needs to change without knowing exactly what that change should be.

You don’t need another quick fix. You need a clear, supportive path that helps you reconnect with what matters and turn possibility into action.

That’s the work we do inside DreamBuilder.

More than goal-setting or vision boards, DreamBuilder is a transformational process that helps you move from feeling stuck or uncertain to creating a life that feels aligned, intentional and truly yours.

Inside the program, you’ll move through five stages:

🌱 Breaking Ground
Getting honest about where you are and what’s no longer working.

📐 Blueprinting
Clarifying what you truly want, not what you think you should want.

🌉 Bridging
Identifying the beliefs, fears and obstacles in your way.

🏗️ Building
Turning your vision into intentional action with clarity and momentum.

🌱 Becoming
Stepping into the person who can sustain and expand what you’ve created.

Developed through the Brave Thinking Institute and the transformational work of Mary Morrissey, DreamBuilder is a process I’m honored to guide women through as a certified DreamBuilder Coach.

If you know you want something more but aren’t sure what it looks like, or know what you want but can’t seem to get there, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into clarity, obstacles into possibility and dreams into a practical path forward.

✨ Kickoff Meeting: September 9
✨ DreamBuilder begins: September 16

Ready to explore what’s possible? Comment DREAM or send me a DM. I’ll share the details and help you decide whether DreamBuilder is the right next step.

You don’t need to know the entire path, just the courage to take the first step.

The first day of school brings all the emotions. ❤️

Excitement. Nerves. Pride. And if I’m being truthful, a little sadness too.

How are we already here? 4th grade and 2nd grade. 🥹

It has been incredible watching these two grow into who they are. They’re at such different milestones now, becoming more independent, discovering what they love, finding their people, and showing us more and more of who they’re becoming.

Part of me wants to freeze time. I’m not quite ready for them to get bigger.

And another part of me is SO excited to see what this next chapter brings for them.

Because I mean… look at them. ❤️

The sky is the limit.

So cheers to our babies as they walk into another school year. May they be brave enough to try, confident enough to be themselves, kind enough to include others, and curious enough to keep discovering what they’re capable of.

And cheers to us parents, too. 🥂

For the lunches packed, the forms signed, the worries we carry, the pep talks, the hugs, the letting go, and the million little things we do that nobody sees.

We’re doing a pretty amazing job raising these little humans.

Here’s to 4th & 2nd grade. Let’s see where this year takes you. ❤️📚✨

Today is my dad’s birthday. Tomorrow marks six years since we lost him.

My Daddio. ❤️

It’s been six years, and somehow the wound can still feel so fresh. There’s still this gap where he should be.

I still have his phone number saved in my phone. I’m not sure when—or if—I’ll ever be ready to delete it.

We still tell his dad jokes. And if I’m being truthful, sometimes they weren’t even that funny. 😂 But I laughed every single time.

We still play his music. Loud.

I can almost hear it playing in his car, and now my kids know every word to his songs. We crank them up together, sing along, and in those moments, it feels like a little piece of him is right there with us.

Losing my dad has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through.

During the last year of his life, I traveled from Chicago to Kansas City almost every month just to be with him. I had two kids under two. We’d get on the train with a car seat, stroller, suitcase, diaper bag…and two babies.

Looking back now, I think, How in the world did I do that?

But I know exactly how.

I did it because I needed to be there.

And I’m so grateful I was.

For the time. For our talks. For the walks we would take. For the memories I didn’t know at the time I would hold onto quite this tightly.

He died far too young, and we miss him so.

But I love that my children know him through our stories. Through his jokes. Through the things he loved. And especially through his music.

Happy birthday, Pops. ❤️

May the beat go on.

May your songs always play loudly in our car, your stories continue to be told, your jokes continue to make us laugh, and your memory live on through all of us who were lucky enough to love you.

Miss you, Daddio. Always. Life is precious.

The kids are going back to school.

And maybe you’ve spent the entire summer making sure everyone else had what they needed.

Now the calendar is changing.

The routines are changing.

And maybe you’re quietly wondering:

“What about me?”

You can love your family deeply and want something for yourself.

You can be grateful for your life and want to change something.

You can be committed to everyone you love and still choose yourself.

September doesn’t have to be about adding more.

Maybe it’s about getting clear on what actually matters.

What would you like this next season to be about?

How long have you been saying “later”?

And before you feel called out 😂...

I'm not saying “later” is always bad.

Sometimes later is the right decision.

Sometimes your family needs you.

Sometimes work needs you.

Sometimes you're simply not ready.

But sometimes...

later becomes a pattern.

And eventually you have to ask:

Am I actually waiting for the right time?

Or am I waiting to feel completely ready?

Because you don't have to know the entire path.

You just need to be willing to take the next step.

September 2 is my next DreamBuilder cohort.

Maybe this is your September reset. ✨

🍂 Slow down enough to notice.

As summer begins to transition into fall, the trees remind us that change doesn’t happen all at once.

The leaves that were once vibrant green slowly begin to shift colors. One season gives way to another. And just like nature, our lives move through seasons, too.

Sometimes we’re so focused on what’s next that we forget to notice what’s happening right now.

So today, slow down.

Notice what you long for.
Notice what makes you feel discontent.
Notice what energizes you—and what quietly drains you.

Because when you get still enough to listen, you begin to uncover what you truly want.

I love this reminder:

If you’re feeling depressed, you may be living in the past.
If you’re feeling anxious, you may be living in the future.
But when you are fully present, you can find peace.

And maybe this season is asking you to pause long enough to recognize something important:

What you’ve been building is beginning to bear fruit. 🌿

The growth you’ve been working toward may be closer than you think.

You’ve planted.
You’ve learned.
You’ve stretched.
You’ve grown.

Now, give yourself some grace.

Look around. Notice what is here. Notice how far you’ve come. And remember how amazing you are.

✨ This may be your season to shine.

So as you move into this next chapter, ask yourself:

What is my next step?

Not the next 20 steps.
Not the entire plan.

Just the next one.

And then take it. 🤍

08/20/2026

You don't need more time. You need clarity about what deserves your time.

I know how easy it is to say:

“I'll do it when the kids are older.”

“When work settles down.”

“When I have more money.”

“When things aren't so busy.”

“When I finally have some time for myself.”

But what if there will never be a perfectly convenient season?

What if the question isn't:

“How do I find more time?”

but:

“What deserves a place in the time I already have?”

That's a very different question.

And it's one I'm exploring deeply inside my DreamBuilder program this fall.

Because your dreams don't have to compete with your family, your career or your responsibilities.

You can build something meaningful within the life you're already living.

DreamBuilder begins September 2.

If you've been feeling that pull toward something more, DM me DREAM or send me a message. ❤️

You don't need another goal.

You might need a blueprint.

Because you can be incredibly successful at accomplishing things...

and still wake up wondering:

“Is this actually what I want?”

Goals tell you what you're trying to accomplish.

A blueprint helps you understand what you're building and why.

That's a very different conversation.

And it's one I've become deeply passionate about.

More on this soon. ❤️
