Watching them “work” right beside me reminds me of something I think a lot of working moms need to hear...
Our kids aren’t keeping score of the hours we’re home. They’re watching *how* we show up.
They see us caring for others.
They see us building something meaningful.
They see us working hard.
They see us making room for both our dreams and our family.
One day they probably won’t remember every time I left for work. But I hope they remember that they always had a seat next to me, that they were loved deeply, and that it’s okay to build a life you’re proud of.
To every working mom carrying the weight of guilt... your children are seeing so much more than you think. 🤍
