Dr. Trisha Swift, DNP Helping high performers prevent burnout and live with sustained energy through integrative care and root-cause medicine.

From bedside nurse to national thought leader, my 25+ year journey has spanned the worlds of healthcare, technology, and business transformation. I started in hospital care as a registered nurse in mental health, ICU, and perioperative before rising into executive leadership, where I led patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory strategy for large health systems. I later transitioned int

o clinical technology and management consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies, insurers, and hospital networks on clinical innovation, digital care models, and strategic transformation. My work has been featured in Forbes, Becker’s Healthcare, KevinMD, and Health Affairs, where I’ve shared insights on health equity, food as medicine, disease prevention, and integrating tech-enabled holistic care into modern medicine. My passion for whole-person healing led me to create Mula Integrative Health & Wellness, a space where modern science meets ancient wisdom, and where we focus on root-cause healing, longevity, and rejuvenation. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and have a Masters degree in Integrative Medicine & Ayurveda. Additionally, I’m board certified in healthcare quality and patient safety and proudly serve as a member of the Forbes Technology Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Board. I’m on a mission to help individuals and organizations move beyond the limitations of our reactive sick-care system and embrace an integrative, personalized, and prevention-first approach - one that honors the mind-body connection, empowers self-healing, and cultivates conscious, sustainable wellbeing.

The algorithm wants you angry.

Ever feel exhausted after scrolling? You’re not alone. The old news rule "if it bleeds, it leads" has officially taken over our social media feeds.

How it works:

The Bait: Algorithms amplify outrage, fear, anger, and drama.

The Reward: Negative posts get more clicks and comments.

The Trap: We stay online longer, and platforms make more money.

This cycle drives polarization, spreads misinformation, and drains our mental health.

But we have the power to change the narrative.

Break the cycle by intentionally seeking out and engaging with the good stuff. Like, comment on, and share content that inspires, educates, or brings genuine joy.

Let’s build a positive feed right here! Drop a comment sharing one good thing that happened to you this week, or tag a creator who always posts uplifting content. ✨️

You have more control than you realize.

When life gets difficult, it's easy to blame your circumstances, your schedule, your stress, your season of life, or the demands around you.

But the people who consistently thrive tend to share one thing in common: they take ownership of the things within their control. Which are most things.

Not everything is your responsibility. But more of your outcomes are influenced by your daily decisions than most people realize.

Your energy.
Your health.
Your mindset.
Your habits.
Your relationships.

Small actions, repeated consistently, shape the trajectory of your life far more than waiting for the "right" season.

In my work with executives, business owners, and high performers, I've found that this principle sits at the center of sustainable success:

Focus less on what's happening to you and more on how you're responding to it.

That's where your power is. ✨️

There’s a difference between a hard season vs. a misaligned one.

I’ve pushed through both. They don’t feel the same.

A hard season needs focused effort but also has traction. Misalignment feels like force, like you’re pushing something that won’t respond, no matter how much discipline you bring.

And neither of these states shows up loudly. They creep in.

In health, it’s subtle at first: sleep that doesn’t restore you, caffeine becoming necessity, a body that feels “fine” but not resilient, irritability or inflammation you start to normalize.

In work, it looks like decisions taking more energy than they should, success that your colleagues don't recognize, and a slow erosion of your passion and creativity.

That’s the risk - you can still be performing while quietly drifting out of alignment with your capacity, your values, your purpose, and your wellbeing.

Burnout isn’t sudden. It’s accumulation that turns into an imbalance. Chronic imbalance turns into a disease.

The key is learning to notice the drift early. Before exhaustion becomes identity. Before effort becomes friction. Before bitterness sets in.

Sometimes, the most strategic move isn’t to push harder on the rock. It’s to ask whether it’s even yours to move.

We’re officially underway!

Over the last two days, we handed out cleanse kits to our members for Monday’s seasonal cleanse kickoff.

Each kit is designed as a complete metabolic support system: food for meals, functional spices, medicinal teas, herbal oils, premium supplements, and additional tools to support the body through a structured reset.

For those who are not members but have been curious about our approach, our 3-Day Cleanse is designed as an entry point into our food-as-medicine model. It gives you a chance to experience the process in a simple, guided way without the commitment of a membership.

We have a limited number of spots available for the next group in May.

Comment “3 DAY CLEANSE” for details!
