Seeking a Care Coordinator

At Appleseeds Behavioral Center, our Care Coordinators are the heart of the client experience. They help ensure every child and family receives compassionate, organized, and exceptional support from their very first phone call through graduation.

What you’ll do:
💚 Support and build relationships with families
📅 Manage client schedules, assessments, and appointments
📋 Coordinate paperwork, insurance requirements, and authorizations
🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, physicians, schools, and other providers
🌎 Coordinate interpreter and translator services
📈 Manage clinic waitlists and help children start services as quickly as possible
✨ Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our clinical team can focus on changing lives

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experience in healthcare, ABA, pediatrics, education, scheduling, or care coordination is a plus, but a passion for helping others and staying organized is even more important.
